When goods are delivered, no cancellation is accepted unless following situation occurred:-
a) Goods damage during receiving.
b) Wrong goods received.

Once your claim is verified and approved, instruction will be given on how to do the exchange or return the goods to us.
Order cancellation only will be entertained if the delivery of goods is yet to make at the time of received the cancelled order.
However, 6% of the processing fee will be charged. Refund will be made within 14 days after the confirmation.
